9 Aug 2018 Hi..got my new Versa 12 hours ago. Haven't been able to use it yet. The display continues to show 'To start, download the Fitbit app'. I've. I haven't used my versa in a while. Versa firmware 3.0 stuck downloading Or tells me to download the app impossible to get to home screen arrrgggghhhh. 28 Nov 2018 I did a factory reset on my versa and a screen came up saying too download the fitbit app. Well now that's all it's been doing for the last few. 2 May 2018 I noticed my Versa started to act strange when it wasnt recording my sleep Then this morning I woke up to the screen being stuck on the fitbit logo. the update is complete in the app but the fitbit is stuck on the logo screen. 20 May 2018 I setup my Versa, but the app gets stuck at. The load screen while updating went from the expected blue to green. I am trying on both a Samsung s4 and s5 and it will not download the firmware, through either WiFi or 1 May 2018 If your computer supports Bluetooth and if the Versa can't update through WiFi, follow the on-screen instructions in the Fitbit app to update your 10 Oct 2019 My Versa 2 had the logo stuck on the screen as well and my issue was an update that I had not downloaded in the Fitbit app setup process.
